January 4, 2008 ~ Thunder Bay NetNewsLedger is reporting that Thunder Bay Fine Papers has scheduled an announcement for Monday, which could start the year off with some positive news -- if the announcement is the long awaited plant opening.

While the planned opening announcement has been delayed several times through 2007, the investor's group has not lost faith in opening the mill.

So far, the news is under fairly tight wraps, but if the announcement is that the mill is opening on Monday it would be a great way for Thunder Bay to start off the year.
