You can make a difference in the lives of children with special needs in Thunder Bay…

The 2007 Parade of Lights for Children is scheduled for Saturday, December 1st, 2007 at 7:00 p.m., and your support can go a long way toward making this remarkable evening just that.  This event only takes place with the continued support of companies and people like you.
Children with special needs in Thunder Bay received $17,500 last year because of the Parade.  Sunshine Dreams for Kids, Autism Ontario – Thunder Bay & District Chapter and the Therapeutic Riding Association and their children benefit from both the donations and the increased awareness the Parade of Lights for Children brings to their causes.
It is also clear that the Parade of Lights for Children has turned into a magical evening, a seasonal favourite among young and old alike.  Thousands line the streets for an opportunity to be part of the excitement.
Your support for the Parade of Lights for Children will keep the magic alive and can take many forms.  Donations of goods, services and cash are all truly appreciated.  Sponsors are recognized in Parade of Lights for Children advertising, Public Service Announcements, media interviews and a post-event Thank You Ad.  A Parade volunteer will be happy to speak with you in more detail about the forms of support that will make the biggest difference in this year’s Parade.  And, rest assured, your support will make a difference in the lives of Thunder Bay children with special needs!

Parade of Lights for Children Route:  Parade route starts at Main Street to Harbour Expressway, Right onto Memorial Ave to Queen Street, parade route ends. Turn right onto Queen Street and you will be mainstreamed into regular traffic on Water St.
